the location was excellent and unbeatable - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. it was situated next to a bus stop.

The location is convenient for access to the

City center, and the room was quite spacious. I was disappointed with the cleanliness standards, particularly in the bathroom. The breakfast selection was generous, offering local delicacies, made my mornings enjoyable.

The staff politely took care of us. The breakfast was good. Convenient to the city center by bus.

Enrance of the car parking is very narrow. The facility was a little old.

Very nice rooms in 70's style. We had a sofa and the room was large. Daily cleaning with new towels and large balcony.

From 16 free tvchannels one was not functioning (11) and other 4 were almost scrambled or picture doubled. The interior sound isolation needs to be enhanced because sometime we heard what our neighbours were doing in the bathroom. One last funny thing is that our room seemed to be hounted because at 1-2 am the floor was making funny noises like someone stepped slowly on it. And this thing was repeating every night at the same hour. In the last night we slept with the tv open to avoid hearing those noises. Probably it was a technical issue with the floor but it was ... Scary :)

The location was convenient, just a quick bus ride to the historic center. The staff even provided a spacious room for us , made settling in with the baby so much easier. Bologna's charm shines at night!

My wife says that the bathroom could use some updates.

Found the hotel good value for money at this price. Staff were very polite, friendly and very accommodating on all levels. Concierge service was excellent.The room was very clean, well-maintained, comfortable and peaceful. The atmosphere of hotel was excellent. We did enjoy every moment in the hotel.

Breakfast did not contain fresh vegetables, fruits. Less sweets, more healthy dishes.

The room was always well cleared and cleaned. the towels were changed every day

Noisy neibourghs

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel in Bologna. The vintage décor adds character and charm to the place. The spacious room allowed us to relax after a day of exploring, though some areas felt a bit outdated. A great base for discovering the city with my family!

Double rooms are really big, with bar counter and cooking facilities (though we didn't check if they work) inside! Located not in the center, but in a walking distance to it. It's a nice place for staying in Bologne.

Pleasant hotel. Convenient for the city, and for the trade fair. Staff were helpful, and reasonably knowledgeable.

I stayed for two nights and found the room spacious with a comfortable mattress. The breakfast was really good, with fresh pastries and a variety of local fruits. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring bologna.

air conditioning didn't work properly

Spacious Junior Suite, very nice design compared to its age :) Good value compared to price. 10 euro taxi to airport and same to city centre (20 min walk straight road to centre)

There was problem with our room on first night, we stayed in what I think was a delux single room. In Junior Suite was problem with opening of balcony

Staff was friendly; old town is a 20 minutes walk away; my double room (used as single room) was large; room service was meticulous

the noisy street at which the hotel is located; the room's interior design is old-fashioned; some faint but strange smell was in the room
